The very atmosphere of The Moon’s Daughters, coupled with the intriguing title, filled me with anticipation and seemed to transport me to another world. The ambience is quite elegant and trendy with well-inviting furniture setting in front of your eyes to behold the spectacular views.
The food is fabulous and in harmony with the Mediterranean atmosphere, the bar bites are appetizing and more upscale. Hummus that was served with pita chips and lamb sliders was the most enjoyable, filled with exciting tastes and complementing the list of wines and spirits offered. One of the most memorable experiences was the sight of city lights and sun setting while one was seated on the outdoor patio. Due to the appealing atmosphere in combination with the professional approach to service delivery the chosen place is ideal for a romantic break in the city.

In Ocho, readers can find nothing less than enchanting. The glass conservatory adds a fairy-like touch especially in the evening with chandeliers working and lighting up the dining area it has a good feel. The décor is matched by the menu since it offers Latin dishes with wonderful flavors served in equally attractive presentations.
I particularly suggest the ceviche – perfectly cured fish with the right tartness and the ropa vieja – great marinated meat that was very tender and aromatic. The waiters were helpful and knew a lot about the foods we were being served and they ensured that the clients’ needs were met to the highest level. Therefore, eating at Ocho was like being on a special occasion and I do look forward to returning for another meal.

We were given a secluded table, and the delicious food and top-notch service ensured that we had a great date night. Biga on the Banks provides an ambiance simply perfect for a romantic dinner as the food and location are situated by the Riverwalk. The actual outside garden dining area is very appealing and very beautiful, allowing guests to have their food prepared outdoors while listening to the sounds of the river. The menu is detailed and original; the dishes shown are colorful and fresh, following the Mediterranean cuisine theme.
The grilled octopus was very tasty and soft, while the lamb chops were just delicious with a well-done burnt taste. The service offered during the event was professional and the staff members were friendly as well. Biga on the Banks offered a great ambience with full-service dining as evidenced by my experience when I dined there on June 10th.

When I first arrived at the restaurant, J Prime Steakhouse was prominent by the well-illuminated interior, sleek chairs, and warm lighting. The service was excellent from the start of the reception to the end the hosts were ever present ensuring that all the clientele needs were well attended to. But, the main attraction in this restaurant is none other than the steak itself.
All my steak meals are well cooked to the precise degree of doneness I like them to be, full of rich juices and flavors; perfect when accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Something quite exciting was the wine list, and the attendant assisting in picking a wine that went well with the food we were having. For dessert, we opted for a chocolate cake that was delicious to the last drop, capping a delightful evening. Last but not least J Prime Steakhouse was more than what I expected and is highly recommended for couples.
Bohanan’s Prime Steak and Seafood (Steakhouse & Seafood)

I enjoyed every moment of my stay at Bohanan’s, starting with the food to drinks. The atmosphere of the restaurant can be described as classic rather simple and appropriate for a couple’s date. As for us, the definitive moment was the steak; it was succulent, they seasoned it well and cooked it just right. The raw bar was equally well stocked and the seafood tasted incredibly fresh, as if it was a treat to the tongue.
The wine list provided here is very comprehensive, and we savored a perfectly acceptable red that went very well with the food we had. The service was impressive courteous and attentive and saw to it they made sure that we enjoyed our meal. Bohanan’s is what I would consider as one of the best dining establishments in San Antonio where couples could enjoy a fine dining experience.

I and my guest were lucky to experience the great dining experience that was offered by Eddie V’s Prime Seafood. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant we noticed that we were surrounded with a positive and welcoming energy. The dining hall is tastefully decorated providing a conducive ambiance for fine dining. The seafood was particularly fresh when it was prepared, making the meals very enjoyable.
Out of all the dishes, I preferred the lobster bisque, which had a nicely infused creaminess, and the Chilean sea bass which had a nice crisp texture and simply dissolved in my mouth. The wine list given was fairly extensive, and the personnel was never shy in recommending wine that would best complement our order. The service itself was impeccable which made our evening incredibly enjoyable and memorable. Eddie V’s is another restaurant we highly recommend that provides a dining experience that is perfect for couples in San Antonio and offers great seafood.

Domingo Restaurant turned out to be different as the place was full of energy and had a very lively feel to it. Gastronomically, the blending of Latin and Caribbean was exciting and offered a novelty in dining as a customer. The menu is rich and unique with many delicious dishes of different types of cuisine presented in a rather attractive manner.
Out of the dishes I tried, I had the ceviche en leche which was a refreshing take on ceviche, and the beef short ribs which was rich and tasty. The cocktails they also offered us were also great, with unique and classic choices that were as satisfying as the food. The staff also brought a pleasing demeanor to the table as there was constant attention given throughout the service. Domingo is perfect for those who want to appreciate the warmth of an evening and feel the spirit of a romantic night.

My current work experience at the Eight Oaks restaurant involves delicious meals of modern American cuisine, in a beautiful and luxurious hall. One notable aspect of the restaurant was the ability to taste and see how fresh and local the ingredients used were when preparing each dish. The first dish was the heirloom tomato salad which I thought was adequate and had a good taste, then I had the roasted duck breast which I loved, as it was juicy and rich in taste.
The examples of wines were numerous and our waiter recommended a great pinot noir that complements our food order wonderfully. The dessert was yummilicious – crème brûlée served piping hot, just as I like it. We had a fantastic night, the stewards were very professional and friendly, and they made our night amazing. It is apparent therefore that Eight Oaks should be on any list of places to go for a romantic dinner in San Antonio.
